I have had the pleasure of developing, testing and writing recipes for a variety of household names and brands.

Over the years I have tested recipes for well-respected writers such as Skye McAlpine, Emily Jonzen, Lizzie Kamenetzky, Anna Jones, Alice Hart, Fern Green, and for books and magazines including The Sunday Times, Olive, Hummingbird Bakery, Jamie Oliver, The New York Times, Sainsbury’s Magazine, Asda, delicious. magazine and Tesco.

I love working with small brands and have been lucky enough to be commissioned to write a 1-week menu plan, with recipes, for a luxury Botswanan safari company and the cocktail menu for a Northumbrian whisky distillery and all sorts inbetween.
